Neelam — Co-Founder & CEO, Delhi Design Studio
Neelam — Co-Founder & CEO, Delhi Design Studio
With 15+ years of experience, Neelam is a design leader focused on building impactful, user-centered digital products. She has led design at Paytm and BusinessNext, working on platforms like CRMNEXT, Paytm, and Pay+ (Oman).
She played a key role in designing a CRM platform ranked #1 in the Forrester Wave Reports, ahead of Salesforce and Microsoft.
With a strong foundation in human-computer interaction and ethnographic research, Neelam founded Delhi Design Studio to create scalable, meaningful digital experiences across website design, mobile apps, and eCommerce platforms.
